What does an HR current state assessment include?
The current state assessment provides an overview of the state of your company’s HR processes and the employer’s statutory obligations. To support the assessment, an employee survey can also be carried out to ensure that employees’ expectations and wishes are heard, if such a survey is not already in place within the company.
